Several years on, her profile has gone from strength to strength, playing throughout the UK and far beyond. We are delighted to welcome Snake Davis back onto our virtual stage, this time he is joined by Helen Watson. We got a taste of Helen’s talent when she was invited to participate in the All Stars event back at the beginning of December. Singer Helen Watson has a luminary history, having recorded two albums with legendary producer Glyn Johns, which featured members of The Eagles, Little Feat and Andy Fairweather-Low. Helen first teamed up with snake in the 80s when he played on her successful ‘Blue Slipper’ CD. He then toured with her, playing festivals , theatres and sharing the bill with Joe Cocker across Europe. Not to be missed! It's the Christmas Show! Chris Bannister with his "Music of John Denver - Christmas Show"
Chris will be helping us into the Christmas swing... Chris will be helping us into the Christmas swing with some of John Denver’s classic hits, Take Me Home Country Roads, Annie’s Song plus the unforgettable Christmas classics – such as O Holy Night and Silent Night, plus some originals and favourite covers. When Chris last came to Ennerdale to perform his music was in October this year. He and his wife Sarah travelled up before lockdown and performed in front of a small live audience. The event was so successful and enjoyed live and streamed on-line that we asked him to return. Chris has promised to get us into the Christmas spirit with his selection of songs. It sounds like a mince pie, a glass of … something and relax for an hour or so of enchanting music; just what you need to banish the Covid blues and look forward to 2021 and the new normal!
