The Gather Ennerdale
YOUR VISIT

Welcoming you safely to Upstairs at The Gather

Our priority is to make sure that your visit is as welcoming as possible and that we have suitable measures in place to ensure the safety and confidence of our visitors, staff, volunteers, musicians and creatives.

While you are no longer required by law to self isolate if you have Covid-19, we ask that if you or anyone in your group has symptoms or tests positive, you do not travel to the venue. We are operating a flexible ticket policy, so you can be reassured that you won't lose out should you be affected by illness. If your booking is affected by Covid-19, we will transfer your tickets to the live stream option or to an alternative performance date.

We continue to use enhanced cleaning processes. We will keep areas well ventilated and use of our outdoor spaces during busy periods such as pre-show and during the interval is encouraged. Hand sanitiser is widely available and we encourage visitors to limit contact by using contactless payment where possible.

Although mandatory measures in England have now been lifted, as a shared public space we are committed to ensuring that everyone can get back to enjoying live performances safely and confidently.

While the use of face coverings is no longer required by law. The government suggests that you continue to wear a face-covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not usually meet.

We are grateful for your support as we continue to navigate the risk of infection and ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone who visits The Gather Ennerdale.
